Care & Maintenance
Dust regularly with a dry, soft cloth. When necessary, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately - avoid soaking the wood. (Please note, wooden items are not dishwasher safe).
Over time and use, if the wood begins to fade, apply an appropriate oil (food safe where necessary).
Shipping & Returns
All of our pieces are considerately packed and shipped from Warwickshire, England. International shipping is available to most countries with rates calculated at checkout.
All of our pieces are made to order and will be dispatched within 1-3 weeks, although some may leave sooner. If you do require your order before a particular date, please do get in touch and we will do our best to prioritise your order where possible.
We use Royal Mail Tracked Shipping Service for all of our deliveries. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our couriers aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Import duties, taxes or local fees may be payable on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping price.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order thoroughly before submitting, including measurements, specifications and finishes.
